How do you manage, as a camerman, to avoid showing the transom of even one of these yachts so the viewer can identify which 12 is which? How is that possible? (too difficult to go by sail number).

The cost of the 28 eliminates me. So far, the top of my list is the astus 22.5

Kann mich noch gut erinnern, als ich als Jugendlicher (80er Jahre) zum ersten mal vom Finn Dinghi auf den Contender umsteigen durfte beu gutem Wind: es war wie Turbo dazuschalten. Für uns im Club galt der Contender damals als der "Einhand FD".

The Dragon Fly 28 seems to be the perfect boat...We just purchased a 2020 Corsair 880 Sport, not sure how it compares to the Dragon Fly but it fits all of our needs.....

Wenn Monohull dann nur Pogo. Zwar nicht ganz so schnell, dafür günstiger und mehr Platz. Ein Vergleichstest zwischen Pogo 850 oder 30 und Dragonfly 28 wäre geil.

It's either a very good marketing clip, that catches the audience from the first second, or its just a very very honest great review, where you can feel the passion on the side of the boat builder and the test sailor.. Loved the video and love the boat.

Here is some info regarding the trial process for the Olympic singlehander by World Sailling: Valencia to host One Person Dinghy sea-trials Valencia, Spain has been selected by World Sailing to host sea-trials for the selection of Equipment or the Paris 2024 Olympic Sailing Competition Men's and Women's One Person Dinghy Events. Real Club Nautico de Valencia will host sailors 11-15 March 2019 who will sail and test the four boats shortlisted during the Re-evaluation procedure. World Sailing received 8 bids for the selection of equipment for the Men and Women One Person Dinghy, none of which were deemed invalid. The Re-Evaluation Working Party reviewed the bids and concluded that the following should be shortlisted to Phase 2: D-Zero, presented by Devotti Sailing s.r.o. Laser Standard and Laser Radial sailboat, presented by ILCA Melges 14, presented by Melges Boat Works Inc., NELO and Mackay Boats Ltd. RS Aero, presented by RS Sailing. World Sailing's Member National Authorities are now invited to nominate their top three male and top three female One Person Dinghy Sailors from which the Evaluation Panel will select from. Criteria for selection includes: Applicants must be available on the selected dates Weight range men: 75kg to 90kg Weight range women: 55kg to 70kg. Ages over 18 Top level One Person dinghy sailors, providing career highlights Funding is available to support MNA's who aren't able to cover these costs, please contact the technical team for more information.
